Pear & Elderflower Martini 

Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes and shake well. Strain into two glasses and decorate with a slice of fresh pear for a summery feel. 
*if you don't have a cocktail shaker use a large jar with a lid.


INGREDIENTS

50ml Vodka
65ml Pear juice
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Elderflower cordial
1 Pear to decorate

 Gin & cucumber lemonade + DESDEMONA

 Gin & cucumber lemonade

Place all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Use the soda water to top up the glass. Decorate with slices of cucumber for a refreshing touch.

Frozen strawberry & prosecco

Blend together all the ingredients with a handful of ice cubes. Pour into a champagne glass and decorate with half a strawberry for a sparkling treat.
