Description
('Phoebe's Frilled Pink', 'Dianthiflora'). Clusters of pretty, scented, light pink flowers, their petals fringed at the edges, in the manner of a pink. Similar to the Grootendorst varieties but more refined in appearance. Rather less robust than most Rugosas. Morlet, 1891.
