    Description
    A prostrate grower which travels along the ground, sometimes rooting as it goes, forming a dense mass of glossy foliage, which nicely sets off its single, pink flowers. Fresh, fruit-like scent. Flowers in early summer only. Useful for the border and covering banks. Bowditch, 1879.
