Description

A tough and particularly healthy little rose that bears flowers of the most perfect formation - shallow cups of the purest rose pink. These hold their form to the end; the occasional petal falling back to give a pleasing effect. The young foliage is bronze at first, later becoming green. There is a strong, pure Old Rose fragrance that has been described as reminiscent of rose-based cosmetics.

When's the best time to plant roses?

Bare root roses are dormant plants and can be planted November and April.

Potted roses are available all year round and can be planted at any time of the year.

Aside from extreme weather, roses can be planted at any time during the year. The extreme weather conditions that we advise against planting in are when the ground is frozen, water-logged or during a drought.
